Here are a few things to know before booking us for your special day…

  • Our musicians play acoustic instruments meaning there is no amplification. Most venues do not require a sound system. However, if you should need one it can be provided for an additional fee.

  • If your event is outside: A covered or shaded area MUST BE PROVIDED as wooden instruments cannot be exposed to direct sunlight or moisture.

  • If the temperatures are predicted to be below 60* at the time of your ceremony floor and overhead heaters must be provided. We cannot play outside if temperatures are below 45 degrees.

  • In regards to music selection: Special requests (when we have to order music) are included in your package price up to $50.00. Any orders exceeding $50.00 will be added to your final balance.

  • We do not attend rehearsals due to the performance schedule of our musicians. We arrive one hour prior to the ceremony giving us ample time to speak with the coordinator. A representative can be at the rehearsal for a fee of $100.00.

  • Musicians will arrive one hour prior to the ceremony.

  • Client must provide chairs for string group

  • The average ceremony is 20-30 minutes. When you book with us our team reserves 2 hours to be on-site at your ceremony. Additional hours are billed at $50/hr. per player.
